You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item should be returned with its original packaging whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase is required.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Once reviewed, we will provide the appropriate resolution.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they enter fulfillment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
BUNDLE ORDERS
